We produce aluminium castings for the machine construction, commercial
vehicle, electrical and automotive industries as well as for precision
light engineering.
PRODUCT RANGE
Manufacture of aluminium castings as raw or machined items or as
assemblies.
Modern manufacturing techniques on latest facilities (e.g. HWS fully
automatic moulding system). We handle quality after DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
MANUFACTURING METHODS
Sand-casting Piece weights up
to approx. 30 kg
Chilled casting Piece weights
up to approx. 10 kg
MATERIALS
All current aluminium materials according to standards. The alloys
Unifond 90 and Al Mg5Si are used with great success. They save the
time-consuming artificial ageing process or additional corrosion
protection due to seawater-resistant constituents in the alloy.
PATTERN MAKING
The patterns are produced by own pattern making facility, this ensures
the highest quality standard with short throughput times.
CLEANING
Modern grinding and blasting stations available as well as a vibratory
grinding machine.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
- Electroplated surfaces, e.g. anodising.
- Spraying/powder coating.
- Mechanical machining.
- Heat treatment.
QUALITY
The following types of inspection can be made:
- Tensile strength
- Brinell hardness measurement
- Measurement of elongation
- Yield strength
- Density test up to 5 bar pressure
Each part is subjected to a visual inspection before shipment.
DELIVERY
Delivery with existing models can be handled in 2-3 weeks.
For production of models (sand) in 4-5 weeks or (chill casting) in
6-8 weeks, prototype 1 week in each case, start of production about
1 week after release or delivery date on agreement.
